Expent may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

  • First and Last Name
  • E-mail Address
  • Phone Number
  • Employer
  • Job Title

If you purchase Expent's products and services, we collect billing and credit card information through a third-party PCI compliant provider. We do not store your billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services available on the Site. These may include: (a) registering for an account on our Site; (b) entering a sweepstakes or contest; (c) signing up for special offers; (d) sending us an email message; (e) submitting your credit card or other payment information.

EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF) Compliance

Expent complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal data transferred from the European Union and the United Kingdom to the United States. Expent has certified that it adheres to the DPF Principles.

Onward Transfers

Expent remains responsible for personal data it transfers to third parties who process it on our behalf. All onward transfers are subject to appropriate data protection agreements consistent with the DPF.

Independent Recourse Mechanism (JAMS)

Expent has committed to refer unresolved privacy complaints under the DPF to JAMS, an independent alternative dispute resolution provider based in the United States.
